OverviewThe Atlas Business Breakfast is a gathering of business owners and serious operators, held twice a month in Abuja. Each edition runs for ninety minutes and is built around a single business theme, chosen because it speaks to something the people in the room are actually facing.
Every edition is led by Favour Emeli. It is a small room by design, because the value is in the quality of the conversation rather than the size of the crowd. People leave with something they can act on, and often with relationships that turn into business long after the morning is over.
The Format Ninety Minutes, Two Halves
The Teaching SegmentThe session opens with a focused teaching segment led by Favour, built around the theme of that edition. It draws on two decades of consulting work and on the specific challenges he sees across the businesses he works with. It is practical from the first minute, and it is built to give the room something it can use rather than something it will simply enjoy.
The Open FloorThe second half belongs to the room. Attendees bring their own challenges and questions, and the conversation happens live, with Favour and with the other operators present. This is the part most people come back for, because the advice arrives in the context of a real business rather than in the abstract.

For Business Owners
Some editions are for established business owners who are past the startup stage and are working on growth, structure, and the problems that come with scale. To register for a business owner edition, your business needs a minimum of five members of staff. This keeps the room at a level where the conversations are useful to everybody in it.
For People Leaving the 9-to-5
Other editions are for people who are still in employment and are serious about building their own thing. These editions are open to everybody. You do not need staff, you do not need a registered business yet, and you do not need to have started. If you are working a 9-to-5 and you know you are meant to be building something of your own, these editions are for you.
