Atlas Prime Consulting was built on the back of over two decades of hands-on consulting, strategy development, and business transformation work across Nigeria. Our Chief Operating Officer, Favour Emeli, has spent more than twenty years working with founders, executives, entrepreneurs, and organisations across industries, from technology startups navigating their first growth phase to established corporations managing complex transitions.
That experience produced a clear and consistent observation. Most businesses do not struggle because of a bad idea or a weak market. They struggle because of unclear strategy, broken processes, misaligned teams, and systems that cannot scale as the business grows. They remain stuck because the advice they receive is disconnected from the specific reality of their business and the specific stage they are at.
Atlas Prime Consulting was established to offer something more grounded. A consulting practice built around genuine understanding of the client’s situation, specific and actionable recommendations, and consistent follow-through until the results are visible. We stay in the room until the work is done.

A retainer engagement is an ongoing monthly relationship where Atlas Prime Consulting provides strategic counsel, positioning support, and hands-on guidance as your business grows and evolves.
This depends on the nature of the engagement. A business assessment is typically completed within a defined period agreed at the start. Retainer engagements are structured on a monthly basis and are designed to provide consistent support over a longer period, with a review at the three-month mark and a quarterly strategic session with Favour Emeli.
Yes. While we are based in Abuja and have a particular depth of access and relationship in the FCT, we work with businesses across Nigeria and are available for engagements in other cities and regions where the work requires it.
