You already know you are not meant to stay at that desk forever!!!
Atlas Founders Breakfast
The room for people building toward something of their own, and serious about getting there.
OverviewThe Atlas Founders Breakfast is a gathering for early-stage founders and people preparing to leave employment for their own business. It is led by Favour Emeli, and like the Atlas Business Breakfast, each edition is built around a single theme chosen for exactly where this room is in its journey.
It is a room without pretence. Nobody here has it all figured out, and that is the point. The value is in learning from someone who has helped many people make this exact move, and in a room of people who are at the same stage and carrying the same questions.
Who Should Be in the Room
-
Unlike the Atlas Business Breakfast, this has no staff requirement or business requirement. It is open to everybody who fits the situation:
You are employed and the salary is comfortable enough to stay but not enough to satisfy you.
You have an idea, a skill, or a side thing that you suspect could become more if you gave it real attention.
You have just started and you are building alone, without a team yet, and without anyone around you who has done this before.
You are serious. You do not want motivation. You want a plan and a room that will hold you to it.
The Format Two Halves, One Focused Morning
The Teaching SegmentEach edition opens with a focused teaching segment led by Favour, built around the theme of that edition. It is practical from the first minute, drawn from real experience of helping people make the move from employment or early hustle into a stable business.
The Open FloorThe second half belongs to the room. You bring your own situation, your own fear, your own half-formed idea, and the conversation happens live, with Favour and with the other founders present. This is where the plan stops being general and starts being yours.
The Two RoomsThe Breakfast Runs in Two Streams
The Atlas Business Breakfast serves two kinds of people, and the editions are built around each one
A Clear Picture of Your Next Steps
By the end of the edition you will know what your own path actually looks like, shaped around your situation rather than a template built for somebody else. You leave understanding the specific moves in front of you and the order to make them in.
Honest Answers to the Fear
The thing holding most people back is not a lack of ideas. It is the fear of leaving something stable for something uncertain. This is your chance to put that fear into words in front of someone who has helped people make this exact move, and to hear an honest response rather than empty reassurance.
A Room of People in the Same Position
Everyone in the room is carrying a version of what you are carrying. That matters more than it sounds when you have been sitting with this alone for months. The people beside you understand the weight of the decision because they are making it too.
Something You Can Act On the Same Week
The point of the morning is movement. You leave with a step you can take within days, so the momentum starts immediately rather than fading into another year of thinking about it.
