Atlas Business Breakfast
If your business employs five people or more, you are exactly who this is for. If it does not yet, this is not the room for you.
But we have not left you without a room. The Atlas Founders Breakfast is built for exactly where you are. Start there, and when your business has grown into this room, we will be here.
OverviewThe Atlas Business Breakfast is a gathering of established business owners, held twice a month in Abuja. Each edition is built around a single business theme, chosen because it speaks to something the people in the room are actually facing.
Every edition is led by Favour Emeli. It is a small room by design, because the value is in the quality of the conversation rather than the size of the crowd. People leave with something they can act on, and often with relationships that turn into business long after the morning is over.
Why We Hold the Line on This
-
The Room Only Works If Everybody in It Belongs ThereThe five-staff requirement is not about exclusivity for its own sake. It is about keeping the room at a level where the conversation is useful to everybody present.
A business with staff is dealing with a specific set of problems. Delegation, structure, cash flow at scale, managing people, building something that does not collapse the moment the owner steps away. Those are the conversations that happen in this room. Someone who has not reached that stage yet will find the discussion pitched over their head, and their presence changes what the rest of the room feels able to discuss..
If you are earlier in the journey, we have other rooms built for where you are. This particular one is for owners who already carry a team.
The Format Two Halves, One Focused Morning
The Teaching SegmentThe session opens with a focused teaching segment led by Favour, built around the theme of that edition. It draws on two decades of consulting work and on the specific challenges he sees across the businesses he works with. It is practical from the first minute, built to give the room something it can use rather than something it will simply enjoy.
The Open FloorThe second half belongs to the room. Attendees bring their own challenges and questions, and the conversation happens live, with Favour and with the other owners present. This is the part most people come back for, because the advice arrives in the context of a real business rather than in the abstract
What to ExpectYou Leave With More Than You Came With
Clarity on a real problem
